Solid service, few small snags

Used AnswerForce for appointment scheduling and general virtual receptionist duties. Overall, it was a positive experience. The receptionists were professional, and the CRM integration worked mostly as expected. My only minor complaint was that getting the call recording and reporting set up took a little longer than I anticipated. But once it was running, it was quite useful for tracking our calls.

Consistent service, always reliable

Another great experience with AnswerForce. I've used their live answering service for a few years now. This last time, setting up the holiday answering service was just as smooth as previous years. My calls were handled perfectly, just like always. It's why I keep coming back.

So happy with the support!

Switched over to AnswerForce for their medical answering service and it's been fantastic! The team quickly got our customized call scripts dialed in. The support during setup was super helpful and fast. My staff are so much less stressed with calls being managed. I'm definitely sticking with them and telling everyone!

Good value with the trial

I tried AnswerForce for the first time for their lead qualification service. The 30-day free trial really helped me decide if it was worth it. It felt like a good deal, especially not having to pay a setup fee upfront. Saved me some money while I tested it out for my small business.

Detailed review of my experience

I signed up for AnswerForce's 24/7 live answering and lead capture service after comparing a few options like Smith.ai. The onboarding process was straightforward, though it took about 5 days to fully customize our call scripts and get everything live. The support team was responsive during this phase, answering all my questions about integrating with our existing systems. Once operational, the call handling was consistent, and the receptionists sounded professional. I especially appreciated the mobile app for checking messages and call logs on the go. We also used their bilingual answering services, which was a big plus for our client base. The monthly reports gave a clear overview of call volume and outcomes. While the initial setup wasn't instant, the ongoing service has been reliable and has significantly improved how we manage new leads.

I'm a solo real estate agent, really need someone to screen calls and book showings. Do they actually understand real estate stuff or is it super generic answering?

J Josh Brooks 2 months ago
They have specific teams for different industries, including real estate. They use custom scripts, so they'll know exactly what questions to ask and how to book appointments for you.

Yeah, they're not just reading off a generic script. They train their receptionists for different fields. My doctor's office uses them and they sound just like regular staff.

Thinking of signing up for AnswerForce. Does that free trial actually mean free? Or do they hit you with hidden fees after?

M Megan 2 months ago
Yeah, it's actually free. Did the 30-day one last year and didn't pay anything until I decided to keep the service. No weird charges.

Can confirm, they don't do that. The trial is legit, they just want you to see if it works for your business. No setup fees either during the trial period.

Anyone know if AnswerForce integrates with Pipedrive? Or is it only for like, super popular CRMs?

R Raj Kim 2 months ago
I use it with Salesforce, and my buddy has it hooked up to his HubSpot. Pretty sure they can integrate with most common CRMs, you just need to tell them which one.

They list a bunch of integrations. I'd ask their sales team directly, but I think they're pretty flexible with that kind of stuff.

i'm trying to decide between AnswerForce and Ruby. is AnswerForce really that much better, or is it just marketing hype?

O Omar 3 months ago
I switched from Ruby to AnswerForce a few months ago. AnswerForce felt more customizable for my specific needs, and the pricing was better for the features I actually used. Ruby was good, but AnswerForce just fit my small business better.

Depends on what you need. AnswerForce has a good app and bilingual options if that's important. Ruby is solid too, but I've heard AnswerForce is more flexible with custom scripts.

Does AnswerForce have an app? Or is it all done through their website portal?

R Raj J. 2 months ago
They do have a mobile app! Super handy for checking messages and managing calls on the go. Works pretty well.

Yup, there's an app for it. Makes it easy to keep track of calls and leads when you're out of the office.
